How to set up a New Customer
Follow these steps to quickly create and manage a new customer.
Log into the portal (apps.cyltex.com)
Click on the Absolute Air Test tile
Click on the Customers icon in the left menu
Click on the Add Customer button
Type in the Company Name for the Customer (Required field)
Note: If the Company Name does not exist, click on the Create option under the dropdown menu.
Input a unique Customer ID (Required field)
Type in the Location Name for the Customer (Required field)
Note: If the Location Name does not exist, click on the Create option under the dropdown menu.
Add the Phone Number and Website information if desired.
Add the Address for the location
Add the contact information
Select the Distributor Location from the dropdown menu.
Click on the Save button to save the new Customer.
How to set up an Air Source QR
Follow these simple steps to configure your air source quickly.
Log into the portal (apps.cyltex.com)
Click on the Absolute Air Test tile
Click on the Air Sources icon in the left menu
Click on the Add Air Source button
For Air Source ID, scan the QR code or type in the unique ID manually.
Select the Air Source Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the information for the Air Source in the provided boxes
Click on the magnifying glass icon to assign the air source to a customer
Note: Please refer to the How to set up a New Customer document for setting up new customers.
Start to type the customer’s name in the search box, then click on the customer’s name to select it.
Click on the Save button to save the new Air Source.
